About The Author

Debbie Adler is an Occupational Therapist, wife, mother of three adult children, and grandmother, with a deep passion for supporting children’s emotional wellbeing.

Rainbow Roy and Rainbow Rosie was inspired by Debbie’s own experience of using colour and breathing techniques to manage anxiety.

Through this beautifully illustrated book, she hopes to empower both children and adults with simple, practical tools to regulate emotions and bring a sense of calm into their everyday lives—whenever and wherever it is needed.

Debbie is pictured with her dedicated husband Kevin Adler.
